Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfect for families with smaller kids due to the convenient bunk bed in well-designed rooms. While the rooms were clean and offered plenty of storage space, they were unclean and showed signs of age. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, even providing dinner for late arrival and a room for late departure. Despite the traffic from the airport, they were apologetic and did their best to accommodate us. The location couldn't be better with easy ski in and ski out access to a flat slope. The dining options were very good with eclectic British dishes. The facilities, including a pool and jacuzzi, were fantastic.
The hotel offers great amenities like a locker allocated to your room number and heated boot warmers, making it an ideal choice for ski enthusiasts. The rooms are cozy and perfect for a family with smaller kids, with the bunk bed rooms being a highlight. However, some rooms may be on the smaller side and not ideal for sharing with work colleagues. The constant leaking water sound in the toilet during the night can be a bit bothersome.
The hotel offers picturesque mountain views and convenient location, but the rooms could benefit from new carpets and more space. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making guests feel truly welcomed with special touches. The dining options vary from poor to excellent, catering to different tastes. The facilities are well-maintained and include a pool, jacuzzi, and steam room for relaxation.
